The house is either a 3 bed with both breakfast room and dining room or a 4 bed with just breakfast room. In the past it has been both. The ground floor bedroom is excellent and very sizable with doors that open onto the garden! Upstairs the Master bedroom is sizable, light and airy with bright floorboards and decorative fireplace!
The 2nd bedroom upstairs is also sizable, carpeted and a window overlooking the garden and views out over Arno’s Court Park. Finally the 3rd upstairs bedroom is smaller but fits a double bed without a problem and also benefits from a view towards Arno’s Park. I’ve included a photo of the lower bedroom as a dining room also below.
